It features a 1.231-inch pilot diameter, a 1.907-inch spotface diameter, and a 1.400-inch porting diameter. The tool accepts two spade blade inserts simultaneously, allowing combined spotfacing and porting operations in a single setup. With a coated construction and universal primary workpiece material compatibility, it suits a broad range of production machining environments. A licensed machinist or toolroom technician performs the installation and setup.

This porting tool is built for hydraulic port machining applications requiring 1-5/16-12 thread ports at Tube Dash 16 sizing.
