The ALLIED MACHINE AND ENGINEERING 454H-0210 is a cobalt spade drill insert designed for high-performance hole-making in demanding industrial applications. With a 2-5/16 inch diameter, a 132-degree point angle, and a PVD-applied AM200 coating, this insert delivers extended tool life and consistent hole quality across a range of difficult-to-machine materials. It is engineered to seat in a Seat Size 4 T-A spade drill holder and is part of the GEN2 T-A series. This insert is suited for drilling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, super-alloys, titanium, and hard materials in both production and job-shop environments.
