Built on the T-A 0 series platform, it accepts interchangeable spade blade inserts and features a helical flute geometry that promotes chip evacuation at depths up to 7 inches. The 3/4-inch cylindrical shank with flat accommodates standard tool holders found on CNC machining centers and manual lathes. Through-coolant capability with a 1/8-inch axial concentric coolant entry port delivers cutting fluid directly to the tip, extending blade life and improving hole quality in demanding applications.
This long-series drill is suited for general-purpose drilling in production and job-shop environments where a single tool body must span a broad diameter range. The 26000H-075F accepts blades from 33/64 inch through 11/16 inch in diameter, making it a practical choice for shops that need flexibility without changing tool bodies. Typical installations include CNC turning centers, machining centers, and radial arm drill presses running ferrous and non-ferrous stock. The T-A 0 series designation is compatible with ALLIED T-A spade blade inserts in the corresponding diameter range.

Installation and setup should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle and all power sources are fully locked out before mounting or changing the tool body or insert blades. Verify tool holder bore diameter and drive flat alignment before torquing to the holder manufacturer's specification. Confirm coolant circuit pressure and line connections before initiating through-coolant flow to avoid leaks or inadequate lubrication at the cutting tip.
