Alliance Laundry Systems 402P3 Lp Conversion Kit

Product Description

The Alliance Laundry Systems 402P3 is a liquid propane conversion kit designed for residential and commercial dryers. This kit allows a natural gas dryer to be converted to operate on liquid propane (LP) fuel, adapting the gas valve, orifices, and related components for proper LP combustion. Installation is performed by a licensed gas appliance technician or qualified service professional. The 402P3 is an OEM-sourced kit intended to restore or modify fuel-type operation to manufacturer specifications.

This conversion kit is suited for laundry applications where LP gas is the available fuel source rather than natural gas. Typical install scenarios include rural residential settings, multi-family laundry rooms, and commercial coin-op or on-premises laundry facilities where natural gas service is unavailable. The kit provides the necessary hardware to complete a compliant fuel-type conversion on compatible Alliance Laundry Systems dryer models.

Installation Notes

LP gas appliance conversions must be performed by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local codes and the appliance manufacturer service documentation. Shut off the gas supply and disconnect power to the dryer before beginning any service work. After conversion, verify all gas connections for leaks using an approved leak-detection solution before restoring power and gas. Consult the IFGC and any applicable local amendments for LP installation requirements.
