The ALARM.COM INCORPORATED ADC-AC-CARD-50L4 is an ISO EV3 4KB smart card credential designed for use in electronic access control systems. This card stores encrypted identity and access data on an embedded 4-kilobyte chip, allowing authorized personnel to authenticate at card readers throughout a facility. It is sold individually and is intended for installation and programming by licensed security integrators or access control technicians managing Alarm.com-based systems.
This smart card credential is suited for commercial and residential access control deployments where proximity-based or contactless authentication is required. It fits into environments that demand a higher data capacity credential, such as multi-tenant buildings, office facilities, or installations requiring advanced credential programming. Technicians issue and enroll these cards through compatible access control management platforms.
Designed for use with Alarm.com access control systems and compatible ISO EV3 smart card readers. Confirm reader and platform compatibility with the access control management software in use before issuing credentials.
Smart card credentials are issued and enrolled by a licensed security integrator or access control administrator through the appropriate credential management software. No physical wiring is required for the card itself, but the associated card reader installation must comply with applicable low-voltage wiring codes. Power down or lock out any reader hardware before performing maintenance on the reader unit. Do not attempt to modify or reprogram the card outside of the supported platform tools.
