The AIGNEP USA 88225-02-32 is a push-to-connect tube-to-male UNF tube fitting designed for general-purpose pneumatic and fluid transfer applications. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a Buna-N o-ring, it provides a reliable, leak-resistant connection at a rated working pressure of 250 psi and a maximum working temperature of 160 degrees F. The fitting accepts 1/8-inch OD tubing on both ends and threads onto a 10-32 UNF male port. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and instrumentation technicians install this type of fitting where a straight inline connection between tubing and a threaded male port is required. Its compact nickel-plated finish resists corrosion in light industrial and general-purpose environments.
This fitting is suited for general-purpose pneumatic lines, instrumentation tubing, and low-pressure fluid circuits in both residential and light commercial installations. It connects 1/8-inch OD tubing to a 10-32 UNF threaded male port, making it appropriate for panel-mount fittings, solenoid valve ports, manifold blocks, and similar components found in HVAC controls, pneumatic systems, and process instrumentation. It complies with REACH, RoHS, ISO 14743:2004, and PED 2014/68/UE standards, making it suitable for applications with regulatory compliance requirements.
Designed for general-purpose use with 1/8-inch OD tubing and 10-32 UNF threaded male ports in pneumatic and instrumentation systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with pneumatic or fluid system plumbing. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing or installing any fitting. Insert tubing fully into the push-to-connect collet until it seats; to release, depress the collet ring and pull the tube free. Verify thread engagement is complete before pressurizing the circuit and check for leaks at operating pressure.
