The AIGNEP USA 88030-53-02 is a straight push-to-connect tube fitting with a female NPT port, designed for use in pneumatic and fluid control systems. It provides a tube-to-female NPT-to-tube inline connection, accepting 5/32-inch OD tubing on both ends and threading into a 1/8-inch FNPT port. The body is nickel-plated brass with a Buna O-ring seal, rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance techs install this fitting where a quick-connect tube junction at a threaded port is needed without additional tooling for tube insertion.
This fitting suits residential and light commercial pneumatic plumbing, instrumentation lines, and fluid transfer applications. Its straight configuration makes it appropriate for in-line runs where the tube and the NPT port share a common axis. The operating temperature range spans from -4 degrees F to 160 degrees F, making it suitable for a broad range of compressed-air and compatible fluid service environments. It meets REACH, RoHS, PED 2014/68/UE, and ISO 14743:2004 standards, which is relevant when documentation is required for commercial or export installations.
Designed for use with 5/32-inch OD tubing and 1/8-inch female NPT threaded ports in pneumatic and compatible fluid systems.
Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing any existing fitting or inserting this one. Hand-tighten the NPTF threaded end into the port, then apply wrench turns as appropriate per IFGC or system manufacturer guidelines - no thread sealant compound is typically required with NPTF threads, but verify against system documentation. Ensure the tube end is cut cleanly and squarely before insertion to achieve a proper push-to-connect seal. Do not exceed the 250 psi rated working pressure or the 160 degrees F maximum service temperature.
