The AIGNEP USA 87210-06-06 is a push-to-connect swivel branch tee fitting designed for tube-to-universal-thread pneumatic and fluid-line connections. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accepts 3/8-inch outside-diameter tubing and features a 3/8-inch universal thread port on the branch outlet. The swivel design allows the branch to rotate during assembly, simplifying routing in tight or angled installations. Rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure and suitable for temperatures from -4 degrees F to 160 degrees F, this fitting suits compressed-air, instrumentation, and light fluid-distribution lines. Buna O-rings are incorporated to maintain a reliable seal at the thread connection.
This fitting is used in industrial pneumatic systems, compressed-air distribution panels, and fluid-control assemblies where a branching tee with a swivel universal-thread outlet is required. The push-to-connect end allows fast, tool-free tube insertion, making it practical for OEM equipment builds and field service work. It is typically installed by pipefitters, pneumatic technicians, and industrial maintenance mechanics working on air or compatible fluid lines.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch outside-diameter tubing and universal-thread ported components in pneumatic and compatible fluid-line applications. Verify thread form and pressure rating against the target system before installation.
Shut off and depressurize the air or fluid line completely before removing or installing any fitting. Push-to-connect ends require clean, burr-free tube cuts for a proper seal - use a dedicated tube cutter rather than a saw. Tighten the universal-thread branch port to the mating component per the system design; avoid over-tightening, which can damage the O-ring or fitting body. Confirm system operating pressure and temperature do not exceed the rated limits of this fitting before returning the line to service.
