The AIGNEP USA 86330-06-06 is a standard manual ball valve designed for 3/8 inch pipe connections in fluid control applications. It features a full port design that minimizes flow restriction, a brass body and trim for corrosion resistance, and a chrome-plated finish for added durability. The end connection is MNPT x Push-To-Connect, making it compatible with both threaded and push-fit pneumatic or liquid lines. Rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure and suitable for service down to -4 degrees F, this valve is built for reliable manual shutoff in compressed air, water, and light fluid systems. A licensed plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC technician is the typical installer.
This valve is suited for residential and light commercial installations where a compact, manually operated shutoff is required. It fits 3/8 inch pipe and is commonly installed in compressed air distribution lines, pneumatic control circuits, water supply branches, and similar low-to-medium pressure plumbing or mechanical systems. The push-to-connect end allows for tool-free tube insertion on one side, while the male NPT end threads directly into a port, tee, or manifold fitting. The composite handle provides a firm grip for quick quarter-turn operation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation manual ball valve for 3/8 inch pipe systems using MNPT threaded and push-to-connect tube fittings in pneumatic, plumbing, and light fluid control applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified mechanical technician. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before installing or removing this valve. Apply thread sealant tape to the male NPT threads per standard practice and ensure the push-to-connect tube is cut cleanly and fully seated before pressurizing the system. Follow applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC) for shutoff valve installation requirements.
