The AIGNEP USA 50050N-4 is a push-to-connect bulkhead union tube fitting designed for tube-to-tube connections through panels or enclosures. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a Buna O-ring, it accepts 4mm outside diameter tubing and carries a maximum working pressure of 250 psi. At 1.24 inches overall length, the fitting is compact enough for tight installations in pneumatic and fluid-transfer systems. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service technicians install this type of fitting where a leak-free, tool-free tube connection must pass through a bulkhead wall or panel. The push-to-connect design eliminates threading or compression tooling on the tube end, speeding installation and reducing assembly time.
This fitting is suited for light pneumatic lines, instrumentation tubing, and low-pressure fluid systems operating between -4 degrees F and 160 degrees F. It is appropriate for both residential and light commercial applications where 4mm OD tubing must be routed through a partition or panel in a clean, sealed manner. The nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion in moderate-humidity environments, making it a practical choice for HVAC controls, refrigeration instrument lines, and small-bore pneumatic circuits.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect bulkhead union for pneumatic and fluid-transfer systems using 4mm outside diameter tubing with an M12 x 1 thread interface at the panel mount.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with pneumatic or fluid-transfer systems. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any fitting. Verify the panel or bulkhead hole size and thread engagement are compatible with the M12 x 1 thread before seating the fitting. Confirm tube outside diameter is 4mm and cut tubing squarely and cleanly before insertion to ensure a proper seal.
