The AERVOE 247 is a fluorescent orange aerosol marking paint designed for upside-down application on job sites and utility corridors. Packaged in a 20 oz container with a net paint weight of 17 oz, it delivers strong initial color visibility and lasting color retention for up to 3 months depending on traffic and exposure conditions. The formulation bonds to pavement, gravel, and soil, resisting moisture and water once dry. Licensed contractors, utility locators, and site crews rely on this paint for fast, legible field markings. The spray-through cap prevents accidental discharge and the valve system is engineered to empty the can completely without clogging.
The AERVOE 247 is suited for construction site layout, underground utility and locator identification, landscaping boundaries, and general surface marking. It meets standards established by OSHA and APWA/ONE Call Systems, making it appropriate for right-of-way and utility marking work. It is compatible with Aervoe applicator wands 244 and 245, allowing use with the cap on for extended-reach and inverted marking tasks. This paint is not recommended for use on short-cut turf surfaces such as golf course greens.
Designed for use with Aervoe applicator wands 244 and 245. Adheres to most hard and granular surfaces including pavement, gravel, and soil. Not recommended for short-cut grass surfaces such as golf course greens.
Shake can well before use and continue shaking for 1 to 2 minutes after the agitator ball is heard. Apply paint 3 to 4 inches from the surface when using as a direct writing tool, or 5 to 8 inches from the surface when used in an applicator for a three-quarter-inch line. Keep the can in motion during application to prevent puddling, and agitate periodically throughout use. After each use, clear the valve and tip by turning the can upright and spraying for 3 to 5 seconds. For best results, apply at temperatures between 60 degrees F and 80 degrees F.
