Adams Rite 4901-21-119 Electric Strike

Product Description

The ADAMS RITE 4901-21-119 is an electric strike designed for access control applications in commercial and institutional door hardware installations. Electric strikes replace or supplement the fixed strike plate in a door frame, allowing the latch or bolt to be released remotely by an access control signal without requiring the user to turn a handle from the secure side. Licensed locksmiths, door hardware specialists, and commercial electricians typically install this type of hardware as part of a broader access control or security system.

Electric strikes from ADAMS RITE are commonly used in commercial office buildings, government facilities, multifamily residential entry points, and institutional settings where controlled access is required. This unit is sold individually and is suited for new installations as well as retrofit projects where an existing mechanical strike is being upgraded to an electrically controlled version.
