The ACRYLPRO ARL4000QT is a professional-grade ceramic tile mastic adhesive formulated for high bond strength across a wide range of tile types and substrates. This white, nonstaining mastic is designed for interior wall and floor installations where a reliable, multipurpose adhesive is required. The quart size covers approximately 21 square feet per gallon on average, with actual coverage varying based on substrate condition, tile size, and notched trowel selection. Suitable for tile up to 8 inches on any side, it handles ceramic, marble, mosaic, porcelain, quarry tile, slate, and natural stone. Licensed tile setters and experienced flooring installers are the primary users of this product.
The ARL4000QT is intended for interior use only. It performs well in areas subject to intermittent water exposure, including tub surrounds and shower walls. It is not approved for steam rooms, shower floors, or submerged applications, and must not be installed over radiant heat systems. Minimum dry time before grouting is 24 to 72 hours for 8-inch by 8-inch tile, with actual dry time dependent on tile density, substrate porosity, and ambient temperature and humidity conditions.
Designed for interior wall and floor installations using small-format ceramic, marble, mosaic, porcelain, quarry tile, slate, and natural stone tile. Not compatible with radiant heat systems, steam rooms, shower floors, or continuously submerged surfaces.
Installation should be performed by a qualified tile setter or flooring professional in accordance with applicable building codes and ANSI A108 tile installation standards. Ensure the substrate is clean, flat, and structurally sound before applying adhesive. Apply with a notched trowel sized appropriately for the tile format being installed. Allow full dry time of 24 to 72 hours before grouting; do not rush this step in high-humidity or low-temperature conditions.
