The ACCUPRO SAT2301250-14 is a single point internal threading tool ground from solid carbide for use on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. It cuts internal threads starting at a minimum diameter of 0.23 inches, with a cutting depth reach of 1.25 inches. The tool runs a 29-degree profile angle and a 14 threads-per-inch (TPI) pitch, making it suited for unified and similar thread forms in that range. The bright, uncoated carbide surface is well matched to non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other materials where coatings offer little advantage. Machinists and CNC operators install this tool in a 5/16-inch shank bore on standard tool holders.
