The ACCUPRO QA-0 M4 is a quick-change tapping adapter designed to hold M4 taps in compatible quick-change tap holders. It features a 4.5 mm tap shank diameter and a 3.4 mm tap square size, providing a secure, repeatable connection between the tap and the machine spindle. With an overall length of 26.5 mm and a flange diameter of 22 mm, this adapter is built to the DIN 371 standard. Machinists and tool-and-die technicians use this adapter in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and tapping stations where fast, accurate tool changes are required. It is sold as a single unit.

This adapter is suited for light-duty tapping applications using M4 thread-forming or thread-cutting taps. The quick-change design allows the tap to be swapped out without removing the holder from the machine, reducing setup time in production and job-shop environments.
