The ACCUPRO EI107008 is a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. Built from micrograin carbide stock with a diamond finish, it delivers tight dimensional tolerances and consistent edge integrity across ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The mill measures 0.125 inches in diameter with a 0.5-inch length of cut and a 1.5-inch overall length. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. Centercutting geometry allows plunge entry as well as lateral milling passes, making this tool suitable for a wide range of profiling, slotting, and pocketing operations.
This end mill is sized for small-feature work requiring tight tolerances in die, mold, aerospace component, and precision fixture machining. Its 0.125-inch shank fits standard collet chucks and shrink-fit holders used in CNC machining centers and manual mills. The right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute configuration is standard for conventional CNC milling setups. Mill diameter tolerance is held to +0 / -0.0003 inches, and shank diameter tolerance is +0 / -0.0012 inches, supporting repeatable setups where runout control is critical.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit tooling selection for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 0.125-inch shank diameter via standard ER collets, shrink-fit holders, or equivalent toolholding systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool path program is verified before loading the end mill into the collet or toolholder. Tighten the collet nut to the toolholder manufacturer's specified torque range using the appropriate spanner wrenches. Confirm runout at the cutting edge with a dial indicator before initiating the first cut, particularly at this diameter where runout has an outsized effect on tool life and surface finish.
