The ACCUPRO B3202500A is a solid carbide boring bar designed for precision internal diameter machining on CNC lathes and boring machines. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it handles demanding cutting conditions including dry and high-speed operations. The bar accepts a minimum bore diameter of 0.32 inches and reaches a maximum bore depth of 2.5 inches, making it suitable for a range of small-to-mid-size bored features. With a 3/8-inch shank diameter and a 4-inch overall length, it mounts directly into standard boring bar holders and quick-change tooling systems. Right-hand cutting geometry is standard. Machinists and toolroom technicians specify this bar for tight-tolerance work where carbide rigidity and coating hardness are required.
The B3202500A is suited for use in production and toolroom environments on CNC turning centers, manual lathes, and horizontal boring mills. It is commonly applied when machining ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces that require consistent bore geometry and surface finish.
