Built from submicron-grade carbide and finished with an AlTiN coating, this bar delivers hardness and thermal resistance suited for tight-tolerance work in steel, cast iron, and hardened materials. The right-hand cut geometry establishes the feed direction and tool orientation at setup. With a 0.16 inch minimum bore diameter and a 3/16 inch shank diameter, this tool targets small-diameter bore finishing where rigidity and runout control are critical. Overall length is 2 inches, keeping overhang minimal and chatter low.
