The ACCUPRO B140400R is a corner radius boring bar machined from submicron solid carbide for use in precision internal turning and boring operations. It cuts in a right-hand direction and handles a minimum bore diameter of 0.14 inches with a maximum bore depth of 0.4 inches. The 3/16-inch shank diameter and 2-inch overall length make it well suited to small-bore work where rigidity and dimensional accuracy are critical. A bright finish coating is applied to the carbide substrate. Corner radius range runs from 0.005 to 0.008 inches, allowing controlled edge preparation on tight-tolerance bores.

This boring bar is intended for use in CNC lathes, manual engine lathes, and boring mills performing small-diameter internal features. Installation Notes
