The ACCUPRO B110300R is a corner radius boring bar machined from submicron-grade solid carbide for internal boring operations requiring tight corner geometry control. The bar cuts in the right-hand direction and handles a minimum bore diameter of 0.11 inches with a maximum bore depth of 0.3 inches. The 1/8-inch shank diameter and 1.5-inch overall length make it well suited for small-bore applications where rigidity and dimensional accuracy are critical. A bright finish coating is applied to the flute and body. Corner radius range runs from 0.003 to 0.005 inches, allowing the operator to blend inside corners without leaving a sharp stress-concentration point.
