The ACCUPRO ACC -T060250 is a solid carbide single point threading tool designed for cutting internal threads on CNC lathes and manual turning equipment. It handles a threading range of 40 to 80 threads per inch (TPI) with a minimum thread diameter of 0.06 inches, making it well-suited for small-diameter internal thread work. The 60-degree profile angle covers the most common thread forms used in production and repair machining. With a cut depth of 0.25 inches and a projection from edge of 0.02 inches, this tool delivers controlled, repeatable thread geometry. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops, production facilities, and toolrooms are the primary users.
This tool is applied in small-bore internal threading operations where precision and rigidity are critical. The 1/8-inch shank and 1-1/2-inch overall length make it compatible with compact toolholders used on Swiss-style and small CNC turning centers. It is suited for threading aluminum, brass, plastics, and other materials where solid carbide tooling provides the necessary edge retention and dimensional accuracy at higher speeds.
