The ACCUPRO ACC-HB3001000 is a helical boring bar designed for precision internal boring operations in metal cutting applications. Machined from submicron-grade solid carbide, this bar delivers the rigidity and edge retention required for tight-tolerance bore work. It accepts a minimum bore diameter of 0.3 inches and handles a maximum bore depth of 1 inch, making it well suited for shallow to mid-depth internal features. The 5/16-inch shank diameter and 2.5-inch overall length keep the tool compact and compatible with standard boring bar holders on lathes and machining centers. A bright finish coating is applied to the carbide substrate. Right-hand cutting direction is standard on this model.

Installation Notes
