The ACCUPRO ACC-HB2101250 is a helical boring bar machined from submicron-grade solid carbide and designed for right-hand cutting operations in small-bore applications. It accepts a minimum bore diameter of 0.21 inches and reaches a maximum bore depth of 1.25 inches, making it well suited for tight, precise internal turning work. The 0.25-inch shank diameter and 2.5-inch overall length keep the tool compact and rigid. A bright finish coating is applied to the flute geometry. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling specialists working on manual or CNC lathes and boring mills.
This helical boring bar fits standard toolholding setups that accept a 0.25-inch shank. It is intended for precision internal boring of small-diameter features in metals and similar materials on production or job-shop machinery. The right-hand cut direction makes it compatible with conventional spindle rotation on most lathes.
