The ACCUPRO ACC-GR122002 is a single-point, cut-off and grooving tool bit designed for precision grooving operations on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Built from solid micrograin carbide, it delivers a minimum groove width of 0.122 inches and a maximum groove width of 0.124 inches, with a maximum depth of cut of 0.4 inches. The GR-style bit mounts in a 3/8 x 3/4 inch shank profile and cuts in the right-hand direction. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals use this bit for parting, grooving, and undercut work where tight dimensional tolerances are required.
This tool bit is suited for grooving applications on ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a tight groove width tolerance is critical.
