The ACCUPRO ACC-BB320500G is a solid carbide boring bar designed for precision internal boring operations on CNC and manual lathes. Built from micrograin solid carbide with a titanium nitride (TiN) finish coating, it delivers consistent cutting performance and extended tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The right-hand cut geometry suits standard lathe setups. With a minimum bore diameter of 0.32 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.5 inches, this bar is sized for tight-tolerance work in small-diameter bores. The 3/8-inch shank diameter and 2.5-inch overall length keep it compact and rigid in tool holders.
This boring bar is suited for job shops, production machining environments, and tool rooms where small-bore internal turning is required. It is a fit for CNC turning centers and manual lathes running right-hand tooling setups. Machinists and CNC operators working on close-tolerance internal diameters will find the micrograin carbide grade appropriate for finishing and semi-finishing passes in both interrupted and continuous cuts.

Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. Power down and lock out the machine before mounting or removing tooling.
