Built from micrograin solid carbide with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, this bar delivers wear resistance and edge retention in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It handles a minimum bore diameter of 0.2 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.4 inches, making it suited to tight, shallow bores where rigidity is critical. The 0.25 inch shank diameter and 2.5 inch overall length keep the tool compact and compatible with standard boring head and lathe tooling setups.
