The ACCUPRO ACC-BB050300G is a solid carbide boring bar designed for precision internal boring operations on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Built from micrograin solid carbide stock, this bar delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed for tight-tolerance bores in hardened and abrasive workpiece materials. A TiN (titanium nitride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in production environments. With a minimum bore diameter of 0.05 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.3 inches, this bar is suited for small-diameter, shallow-bore applications where tool deflection and runout must be controlled. The 1/8-inch shank diameter keeps the bar compact and compatible with small-bore toolholders.
