The ACCUPRO A-6200260R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision small-diameter drilling in tight-tolerance machining applications. With a 2.60 mm (0.1024 inch) cutting diameter and a 140-degree drill point angle, this bit delivers clean, accurate entry in hard and abrasive materials. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 3.00 mm in diameter, and the overall length is 50.00 mm with an 18.50 mm spiral flute length. Bright/uncoated finish keeps the carbide substrate fully exposed, making it straightforward to inspect for wear. This is a right-hand cutting tool intended for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision benchtop drilling equipment.
This micro drill bit is suited for precision metalworking, electronics manufacturing, tool and die work, and other applications requiring repeatable small-diameter holes. The miniature series designation indicates suitability for fine-pitch work where standard jobber-length drills are too large or too flexible for the required tolerance. Machinists, toolmakers, and CNC operators working with ferrous metals, non-ferrous alloys, and similar materials will find this bit applicable to production and prototype drilling tasks where hole location and finish are critical.
Designed as a miniature-series replacement or supplemental drill bit for CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision drilling fixtures accepting a 3.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank.
Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or CNC operators familiar with small-diameter carbide tooling. Secure the shank fully in the collet or chuck before operation and verify runout is within acceptable tolerance, as carbide micro drills are brittle and sensitive to lateral loading. Power down and de-energize the machine spindle before changing tooling. Avoid using this bit in hand-held drilling applications where feed force cannot be precisely controlled, as uneven pressure can fracture solid carbide at small diameters.
