The ACCUPRO A-6120194R is a solid carbide micro drill bit engineered for precision drilling in small-diameter applications. It measures 1.94 mm (0.0764 inches) in diameter with a 120-degree drill point angle and a straight-cylindrical shank of 2.00 mm diameter. The overall length is 38.00 mm with a flute length of 8.40 mm. Constructed from solid carbide with a bright/uncoated finish, this bit is built to hold tight tolerances on hard materials where high-speed steel tooling falls short. Right-hand cutting direction and a standard point type make it a straightforward drop-in for CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision manual setups.
This bit fits within ACCUPRO's Miniature series, making it suited for applications that demand small-hole accuracy — printed circuit board drilling, instrument components, medical device manufacturing, watchmaking, and other tight-tolerance machining work. The spiral flute geometry promotes chip evacuation in short, controlled cuts. It is sold individually (package quantity of 1) and carries a minimum order quantity of 10 units, making it practical for shop stock replenishment or production runs where consistent tooling is critical.
Designed as a miniature-series replacement or production drill bit for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision hand tools equipped with collets or chucks accepting a 2.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank.
Solid carbide micro drill bits are typically installed by machinists and precision tooling technicians. Ensure the spindle and collet are clean and properly torqued before seating the shank to avoid runout that can snap small-diameter carbide tooling. Reduce feed rate and spindle speed incrementally when dialing in a new setup, as carbide is brittle and sensitive to lateral loading. Coolant-through is not supported on this bit; use external flood coolant or cutting fluid appropriate to the workpiece material.
