The ACCUPRO A-6120176R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in miniature and close-tolerance applications. With a 1.76 mm (0.0693 inches) cutting diameter and a 120-degree drill point angle, this bit delivers accurate, clean entry in hard and abrasive materials where standard high-speed steel tooling falls short. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 2.00 mm in diameter, and the overall length is 38.00 mm with a 7.20 mm flute length. The bright, uncoated finish is suited for use where coating compatibility or post-process inspection is a priority. This bit is installed and operated by machinists and precision fabricators working with CNC drill presses, micro-machining centers, or manual drill fixtures.
The A-6120176R is used in applications requiring tight-diameter holes in metals, composites, printed circuit boards, and other dense or layered materials. Its miniature series designation makes it appropriate for watchmaking, electronics assembly, aerospace component fabrication, medical device manufacturing, and any trade application where drill diameter tolerances are measured in hundredths of a millimeter. The spiral flute type and right-hand cutting direction are standard for conventional drilling operations. This bit is sold individually, with a minimum order quantity of 10 units per order.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers, micro-drill presses, and precision fixtures accepting a 2.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank. Suitable for miniature series drilling operations across metals, composites, and PCB substrates.
This bit should be installed by qualified machinists familiar with micro-tooling practices. Ensure the spindle, collet, and chuck are clean and free of runout before seating the shank. Do not exceed the recommended feed and speed parameters for the workpiece material and drill diameter. Micro carbide tooling is brittle and will fracture under lateral load or excessive feed force.
