The ACCUPRO A-6100095R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in small-diameter applications. It measures 0.95 mm (0.0374 inches) in diameter with a 30 mm overall length and a 7.10 mm flute length. The 120-degree standard point angle provides accurate centering and reduces walking on entry. A straight-cylindrical shank with a 1.50 mm diameter seats securely in compatible collets and chucks. Right-hand spiral fluting clears chips efficiently during through-hole and blind-hole operations. This bit is supplied bright and uncoated, making it well-suited for non-ferrous metals, plastics, printed circuit boards, and similar materials where coating buildup is a concern.
This micro drill bit belongs to the Miniature series and is built for applications that demand tight tolerances and controlled feed rates. Machinists, toolmakers, and electronics fabricators use bits in this size range for PCB drilling, instrument components, medical device parts, and fine mechanical assemblies. The regular spiral geometry and solid carbide construction support consistent performance in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision hand-held spindles. Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces; each unit is packaged individually.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-stock micro drill bit for use in CNC machining centers, benchtop drill presses, and precision spindle applications that accept a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank.
Installation and use of this bit should be performed by qualified machinists or toolroom personnel familiar with micro-diameter tooling. Secure the shank fully in a collet or chuck rated for the shank diameter before operation. Use appropriate spindle speeds and feed rates for the workpiece material — micro carbide tooling is brittle and sensitive to side loading and excessive feed. Inspect the cutting edge before each use; carbide micro bits do not flex and will fracture under lateral force or impact.
