The ACCUPRO A-6100088R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in small-diameter applications. It measures 0.88 mm in diameter (0.0346 inches) with a 120-degree standard point angle and a spiral flute geometry that promotes chip evacuation during operation. The overall length is 30 mm with a flute length of 7.10 mm and a straight-cylindrical shank diameter of 1.50 mm. Intended for machinists, toolroom technicians, and precision fabricators, this bit is suited for controlled drilling in tight tolerances where standard drill bits are too large.
This micro drill bit is used in applications requiring small-diameter hole generation, including circuit board work, instrument manufacturing, mold and die operations, and precision part fabrication. The right-hand cutting direction and regular spiral type make it compatible with standard CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision hand-held rotary tools. It is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 10 units per order.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use micro drill bit for precision machining operations requiring a 0.88 mm diameter, 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank, and 30 mm overall length in the miniature series.
Install in a compatible collet or drill chuck that accommodates a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank. Ensure the spindle and workpiece are properly secured before operation. Solid carbide bits are brittle at micro diameters and should not be used with excessive feed rates or lateral pressure. Follow applicable machine tool manufacturer guidelines for speed and feed settings when drilling at sub-millimeter diameters.
