The ACCUPRO A-6100067R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in tight-tolerance, small-diameter applications. With a 0.67 mm (0.0264 inch) cutting diameter and a 120-degree standard point, it produces accurate entry and consistent hole geometry in hard and abrasive materials. The bright, uncoated finish makes it well suited for applications where coating buildup or heat sensitivity is a concern. At 30 mm overall length with a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank, this bit fits standard collet chucks and precision drill chucks used in high-speed machining centers and drill presses. It is installed and used by machinists, toolmakers, and precision fabricators.
This micro drill bit belongs to the Miniature series and is intended for small-hole drilling in materials such as hardened steels, non-ferrous metals, printed circuit boards, and engineering plastics. The right-hand, regular spiral flute geometry promotes chip evacuation in shallow-to-moderate depth holes. With a 5.00 mm flute length, it is best applied in thin-stock and shallow-hole operations. This bit is commonly used in electronics manufacturing, instrument fabrication, mold and die work, and other trades requiring repeatable, burr-minimized micro holes.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit micro drill bit for use in precision collet chucks and drill chucks accepting a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank, common across CNC machining centers, benchtop drill presses, and handheld precision drilling tools.
Always power down and lock out the machine spindle before changing bits. Secure the 1.50 mm shank firmly in a properly sized collet or chuck to prevent runout, which is especially critical at micro diameters. Carbide is brittle — avoid side loading, aggressive feed rates, or use in hand-held drilling where lateral forces cannot be controlled. Follow machine manufacturer feed and speed recommendations for the specific workpiece material and hole depth.
