The ACCUPRO 95172634 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking and machining applications. With a 3/4 inch mill diameter, a 0.0300 inch corner radius, and a 2 inch length of cut, this tool is built for long-reach profiling, slotting, and contouring operations. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating improves wear resistance and reduces friction, extending tool life in harder workpiece materials. Three right-hand spiral flutes with a 37-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments rely on this end mill for consistent, high-quality surface finishes.
This end mill is suited for use in vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers as well as manual knee mills where the spindle taper and toolholder accept a 3/4 inch shank. The Smart-Weldon shank type provides secure clamping in compatible toolholders. The extended reach design and 5 inch overall length make it practical for deep-cavity work and mold profiling where standard-length tools cannot reach the floor of a pocket. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece when required. This tool fits within the ACCUPRO ST series lineup intended for general-purpose to high-performance milling.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-production corner radius end mill for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 3/4 inch Smart-Weldon shank in compatible toolholders.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. Before inserting or removing the end mill, ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the control is in a safe state. Use a calibrated toolholder and appropriate collet or chuck rated for the 3/4 inch shank diameter to achieve runout within the specified TIR maximum of 0.0004 inch. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or damage before each use and follow the tooling manufacturer's recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material and coating type.
