The ACCUPRO 95169906 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and hardened materials. It features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 4-inch overall length. The AlCrTiN coating provides high-temperature oxidation resistance and extended tool life in demanding cutting conditions. With 4 flutes, a 38-degree helix angle, and a variable index design, this end mill delivers efficient chip evacuation and reduced chatter. Right-hand cutting and flute direction, combined with centercutting capability, make it suitable for both plunge and profile operations. The micrograin solid carbide substrate supports consistent edge integrity in high-feed applications.
This end mill is suited for machining centers and CNC milling applications where corner radius geometry is required to reduce stress concentrations and improve surface finish at part edges. It is used in job shops, production facilities, and toolrooms handling die and mold work, aerospace components, and general precision machining. The 0.0600 inch corner radius and single-end configuration are well matched to finish milling passes on hardened steel and high-alloy materials. Installation is performed by machinists and CNC operators working with collet chucks or end mill holders sized for a 3/4 inch straight-cylindrical shank.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with collet chucks or end mill holders accepting a 3/4 inch straight-cylindrical shank.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Secure the shank fully into a properly sized collet or end mill holder and verify runout before cutting. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before loading or removing the tool. Follow the machine tool manufacturer and tooling manufacturer guidelines for speeds, feeds, and depth of cut appropriate to the workpiece material.
