The ACCUPRO 95169019 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and hard materials. With a 7/16-inch mill diameter, a 0.030-inch corner radius, and an AlCrTiN coating, this tool delivers thermal resistance and wear protection in demanding cutting environments. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. The centercutting design allows for plunge entry. Variable index flute spacing reduces chatter and harmonic vibration during high-feed passes. Machinists and CNC operators in tool rooms, job shops, and production environments rely on this tool for contour milling, profiling, and slot work where a radiused corner is required.
This end mill is suited for use in vertical machining centers and CNC milling machines running high-speed steel or carbide-compatible feeds and speeds. The micrograin carbide substrate supports aggressive material removal in alloy steels, stainless, titanium, and similar workpiece materials. The straight cylindrical shank seats in standard ER or end mill holders with a 7/16-inch bore. With a 5/8-inch length of cut and a 2.5-inch overall length, it fits compact toolholders and works in moderate-depth cavity and profile applications without extended-reach tooling.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use solid carbide end mill for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 7/16-inch straight cylindrical shank in standard end mill or collet-style holders.
Installation and tool changes must be performed with the spindle fully stopped and machine power locked out per standard shop safety practice. Seat the shank fully into the holder to the recommended gauge line and torque the collet nut or set screw according to the toolholder manufacturer specifications. Inspect the corner radius and cutting edges for chips or damage before each use. Consult machine tool and workholding documentation for runout tolerances and maximum depth-of-cut recommendations appropriate to the workpiece material.
