The 7/16 inch diameter cutter runs 4 spiral flutes with a variable helix geometry, reducing chatter and improving surface finish. At 45 degrees, the chamfer angle produces clean, consistent edge breaks and chamfers at a 0.0150 inch chamfer width. This is a single-end, centercutting tool, meaning it can plunge directly into workpieces. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary users.
