The ACCUPRO 95168458 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it delivers extended tool life under high-heat cutting conditions. The 0.0600-inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and produces a consistent, controlled blend radius on workpiece features. With 5 flutes and a variable helix geometry, it promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces chatter during aggressive finishing and semi-finishing passes. This is a single-end, center-cutting tool, meaning it can plunge directly into material as well as perform peripheral and slot milling.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments. It is appropriate for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys where AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance.
