The ACCUPRO 95168363 is a 5-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. With a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 0.0100 inch corner radius, and a 1 inch length of cut, this tool delivers controlled edge blending and reduced stress concentrations at part corners. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for high-speed cutting in ferrous and hardened materials. An AlTiN coating adds thermal protection, extending tool life in dry or semi-dry machining conditions. The variable helix geometry reduces harmonic chatter, supporting consistent surface finish and dimensional accuracy. This end mill is installed and used by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop environments.
The 95168363 is suited for milling operations in ferrous metals, stainless steels, tool steels, and other hard-to-machine alloys where a corner radius profile is specified. Its single-end, centercutting design supports slot milling, plunge cuts, and peripheral milling. The 3/8 inch shank diameter provides rigid tool holding in standard ER collets or end mill holders, and the 2-1/2 inch overall length fits common VMC and HMC spindle setups. Right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting make this a standard configuration for conventional and climb milling strategies.
Designed as an OEM-style solid carbide corner radius end mill for use in standard 3/8 inch end mill holders, ER collet chucks, and hydraulic or shrink-fit tooling systems on CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the collet or holder to the recommended gauge length and torque the retention nut per the toolholder manufacturer specifications. Verify runout with a dial indicator before commencing a cut, as excessive runout will accelerate wear on a 5-flute tool at the tolerances this end mill is designed to hold.
