The ACCUPRO 930-01032 is a helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal 10-32 UNF threads in a single helical pass. Built from micrograin solid carbide, it delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed for consistent thread quality in hardened and abrasive materials. The tool features a 0.1200 inch cutting diameter, a 1/2 inch length of cut, and a TiAlN coating that extends tool life under high-heat cutting conditions. With 3 flutes and 32 teeth per inch, it produces clean thread forms with efficient chip evacuation. Machinists and toolroom professionals use this mill on CNC machining centers where interpolation capability is available.
This thread mill is suited for internal threading operations on CNC mills and machining centers in both production and prototype environments. Its 1/4 inch shank diameter makes it compatible with standard collet chucks and end mill holders commonly found in job shops and manufacturing facilities.
