The ACCUPRO 776976 is a taper shank collet chuck designed for precision CNC machining applications. It uses the Single Angle collet system with a TG / PG75 collet series and a BT40 taper shank interface. The chuck provides a 3-inch projection and holds a total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0002 inches, supporting accurate, repeatable tool positioning at the spindle. Through-coolant delivery is supported via through-spindle and DIN flange coolant types. This chuck is installed by CNC machinists and toolroom technicians on machining centers requiring a rigid, balanced tool holding solution.

This collet chuck is suited for vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers equipped with a BT40 spindle taper.
