The ACCUPRO 775698 is an ER32 collet chuck designed for precision CNC milling and machining centers. It accepts ER32 collets with a clamping range of 0.078 to 0.787 inches and mounts via a CAT50 taper shank for a rigid, repeatable connection to the spindle. Projection measures 4 inches from the gauge line, and total indicator runout (TIR) is held to 0.0002 inches, making it suitable for finish milling, drilling, and reaming operations where concentricity matters. Through-coolant capability supports both through-spindle and DIN flange coolant delivery to keep the cutting zone clear and extend tool life. The collet nut diameter is 1.97 inches. The chuck is balanced to 25,000 RPM for high-speed spindle applications.
This collet chuck is used on CAT50-spindle VMCs and HMCs in production and job-shop environments. It is well suited for shops running high-speed finishing passes, deep-hole drilling with coolant-through tooling, or any operation requiring minimal runout at the cutting edge. Installation and tool changes are performed by machinists and CNC setup technicians as part of standard tool crib management. The 4-inch projection provides clearance for medium-depth workpieces and fixtures without requiring an extension.
Designed for use with CAT50 spindle machining centers that support ER32 collets. Coolant delivery is compatible with through-spindle and DIN flange coolant systems.
Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. Power down and lock out the spindle before mounting or removing the chuck from the machine. Use a calibrated torque wrench and the appropriate ER32 collet nut spanner to seat the collet nut to the manufacturer specification for the collet size in use. Verify runout with a dial test indicator after tooling is loaded before running the spindle at speed.
