The ACCUPRO 775650 is an ER25 collet chuck designed for precision CNC milling and machining operations. It features a CAT40 taper shank and accepts ER25 collets across a capacity range of 0.039 to 0.629 inches. The chuck projects 2.5 inches from the spindle face and holds a total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0002 inches, making it suitable for tight-tolerance work. Through-spindle and DIN flange coolant delivery is supported. The collet nut diameter is 1.65 inches. This tool is balanced to 30,000 RPM, supporting high-speed spindle applications. Licensed machinists and CNC setup technicians are the primary installers.
This chuck is used in CAT40-spindle vertical and horizontal machining centers running ER25 tooling. Typical applications include milling, drilling, reaming, and tapping in production and job-shop environments. The through-coolant design directs cutting fluid directly to the tool tip, reducing heat and extending tool life during deep-cavity or long-reach operations. It is appropriate for both light finishing passes and moderate material-removal operations where runout control is critical.
Designed for use with CAT40-spindle machining centers that accept ER25 collets. Compatible coolant delivery via through-spindle and DIN flange configurations.
Installation is performed by a CNC machinist or toolroom technician. Power down and lock out the spindle drive before mounting or removing the chuck. Use the correct CAT40 pull stud and torque the drawbar according to the machine manufacturer specifications. Verify TIR with a dial indicator after seating to confirm proper collet and chuck engagement before running the spindle.
