The ACCUPRO 75562900 is a DCGT-style carbide turning insert designed for precision metal cutting in CNC and manual turning operations. It features a 55-degree diamond (rhombic) insert shape with a 7-degree relief angle and a 0.0079 inch (0.20 mm) corner radius, making it well suited for finishing and semi-finishing passes where tight tolerances and fine surface finishes are required. The insert carries a PVD coating and is ground to Grade ACM15S, which delivers high to moderate wear resistance with added toughness.
