The ACCUPRO 75515734 is a DCMT-style carbide turning insert designed for precision metal cutting on CNC lathes and turning centers. Featuring a 55-degree diamond (rhombic) insert shape, a 7-degree relief angle, and a CVD coating applied over a carbide substrate, this insert delivers high wear resistance across a range of cutting conditions. The corner radius measures 0.0315 inches (0.80 mm), and the inscribed circle diameter is 0.3752 inches (9.53 mm). It is held in place by a screw-clamp method and offers two usable cutting edges per insert. Licensed machinists, CNC operators, and toolroom technicians are the primary users of this insert.

This insert is suited for turning operations on steel and stainless steel workpieces in both roughing and finishing passes where high wear resistance and moderate toughness are required.
