The ACCUPRO 75515536 is a SNMG432 (ISO: SNMG120408) carbide turning insert designed for external and internal turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built to the SNMG insert style with a square shape and neutral hand orientation, this insert features a PVD coating and ACM25P grade substrate that delivers high wear resistance across a range of workpiece materials. The 0.80 mm (0.0315 inch) corner radius and IPK+ chip breaker geometry support consistent chip control during finishing and semi-finishing cuts. With 8 usable cutting edges per insert, it provides strong cost-per-edge value in production turning environments.

This insert is suited for turning steel, stainless steel, and special or super alloys in both job shop and production settings. The ACM25P grade covers ISO material groups P (steel, high wear resistance to high toughness), M (stainless steel, high wear resistance to moderate wear resistance and toughness), and S (special and super alloys, moderate wear resistance and toughness). Maximum depth of cut is 4.20 mm (0.1654 inches).
