The ACCUPRO 75272468 is a VCGT-style carbide turning insert designed for precision metal cutting on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries ANSI code VCGT33.5 and ISO code VCGT160401. The insert features a 35-degree diamond (rhombic) shape with a 7-degree relief angle and a positive side clearance, making it well suited for light finishing and semi-finishing passes. The PVD-coated ACM20K carbide grade delivers high wear resistance with maintained toughness, covering stainless steel (M) and cast iron (K) workpiece materials. Screw-style holding secures the insert in compatible toolholders. Two cutting edges are available per insert.

This insert is used in turning operations on CNC and manual lathes where tight tolerances and fine surface finishes are required.
