The ACCUPRO 75260638 is an uncoated carbide turning insert in the CNMG style, designed for precision metal cutting on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries the ANSI code CNMG431 and ISO code CNMG120404, with a diamond (rhombic) 80-degree insert shape and a neutral hand orientation. The insert features a 0.40 mm (0.0157 inch) corner radius, a 0.5000-inch inscribed circle, and a thickness of 0.1874 inches. With four available cutting edges and a negative side clearance, it delivers high wear resistance across a range of workpiece materials. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this insert in production and job-shop turning applications.

This insert is suited for turning steel (P-class), stainless steel (M-class), and cast iron (K-class) workpieces. The ATP15M grade is optimized for high wear resistance when cutting steel and stainless steel, and high wear resistance when cutting cast iron. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC operators. Power down and lock out the machine before changing inserts.
