The ACCUPRO 75258111 is a WNMG-style carbide turning insert designed for external and internal turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries ANSI insert code WNMG433 and ISO insert code WNMG080412, making it a direct reference for standard toolholder specifications. The insert features a W-shaped trigon body with an 80-degree included angle, a 0-degree relief angle, and a CVD coating applied over a carbide substrate. The ACP35M manufacturer grade and WM+ chip breaker geometry are engineered for steel, stainless steel, and special or super alloy workpiece materials. This insert is installed by CNC machinists and toolroom technicians in production and job-shop environments.
The ACCUPRO 75258111 is suited for general-purpose turning of steel (ISO P), stainless steel (ISO M), and special or super alloys (ISO S). The trigon insert shape and WM+ chip breaker support a range of cutting conditions from finishing to moderate roughing passes. With a maximum depth of cut of 0.1575 inches and a corner radius of 0.0472 inches, this insert is well matched to medium finishing and light roughing operations on bar stock and turned components. It is compatible with standard WNMG-style negative-rake toolholders using clamp, lever lock, pin, or screw holding methods.
Designed for use in standard negative-rake WNMG-style turning toolholders accepting ANSI size code 433 or ISO size code 080412 inserts. Compatible holding methods include clamp, lever lock, pin, and screw styles. Workpiece material codes P, M, and S confirm suitability for steel, stainless steel, and special or super alloys.
Installation is performed by a qualified CNC machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the machine is in an E-stop state and the spindle is fully stopped before changing inserts. Seat the insert fully against the toolholder pocket locating surfaces before engaging the clamping mechanism to prevent insert rocking or edge chipping. Index to the next cutting edge only after the insert shows signs of wear or edge breakdown at the active cutting edge.
