The ACCUPRO 75256180 is a TNMG432 indexable carbide turning insert designed for external and internal turning operations on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Built to the ANSI TNMG432 standard (ISO TNMG220408), this insert features a triangular shape with a 60-degree included angle, a negative side clearance, and a neutral hand orientation. The CVD coating and ACK20P carbide grade deliver high wear-resistance on steel (P) and cast iron (K) workpiece materials. The WM+ chip breaker geometry promotes controlled chip formation across a range of feed rates and depths of cut. Installation and indexing are handled by licensed machinists or CNC operators using standard toolholders.

This insert is suited for turning applications in general machining environments where steel and cast iron are the primary workpiece materials. The 0.80 mm (0.0315 inch) corner radius makes it appropriate for moderate finishing to semi-roughing passes. Installation Notes
